Finding the right franchisees
Choosing the right franchisee in the beginning is essential for your success. Signing up a franchisee is tightly regulated by the Franchising Code and as such it is important to follow the guidelines to a tee. The process involves several interviews, ensuring the franchisee understands the agreement and gets the appropriate advice, preparing and signing all documents and liaison with the franchisee's solicitor.
